I’ve had scaffolding up for a long time – does it require regular checks?
If your scaffolding was erected a while back, then it is important to have its structural integrity looked at. Regular inspections of scaffolding ensures that it is still safe for use and doesn’t pose a danger to anyone. Inspections are especially necessary if the scaffolding has been moved, it has been under heavy rain, wind, snow or other adverse weather, or alterations have been made to it.
We advise that you have your scaffolding inspected at least once a week to ensure its safety and security.
